The Gallery Society is an elite curatorial club I founded to scout, select, and showcase rising visual artists through intentional, high-touch exhibitions. Designed as a platform for cultivating cultural taste and creative dialogue, the Society operates through weekly in-person meetings where a selected council of Parsons students engages in critique, artist pitching, and collaborative curation. Though the inaugural exhibition is upcoming, the foundation is already set: members contribute to all phases of the curatorial process, from scouting talent and shaping narratives to installing shows and hosting high-profile events. Our monthly showcases will feature 8–10 emerging artists alongside guest speakers and industry attendees, blending serious curatorial vision with community and connection. With a long-term goal of building a curatorial pipeline and investing in the future of art, The Gallery Society is positioned to grow into a dynamic hub for artists, curators, and cultural thinkers.
